Poor range router

Owned for 2 months when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Got this to replace a 10 year old router, that started having some disconnect issues. but the old one, that was $50 in 2011 had better range, this has poor signal just upstairs and not far from it.
