Pleased with product and would recommend to a friend.

I have installed many routers and hubs and this one was troubled. It often conflicted settings and within 1 week stopped recognizing the internet as connected. Replaced it with an old one and it worked perfectly.

Reasonable price for what I thought was a good router with a good brand. Stopped working just shy of a week and thankfully was able to return this. The router shower there was an update available, so I updated it following the instructions. I left it alone for about 2 hours. Went back to it, and told me to unplug router stating update was complete. I did so, and plugged it back in, waited a while, but would not start. So just returned it since the return window was closing.

I returned this product because although it advertises 1000 mbps wireless speeds, the input is only good for 100 mbps which seems a little misleading to me.

No. Don't waste your money. I got 150Mbps from Xfinity and never got more than 100Mbps. Started to doubt this router and then I found out the input Ethernet is actually not supported for 1000Mbps. Max speed for the Ethernet is only 10/100Mbps, regardless of output speed so-called 300/700Mbps. Feels like been humiliated by this product. If your input is so slow it really doesn't matter how fast the output speed is. When advertise it emphasis only the output speed. AC1000? Even AC10000 won't work if you only have 100Mbps input

Bought this to change our wifi but had a problem where I could not get my laptop to connect to the printer so had to change back to the brand that we have always used. Did not work for us.

Im supposed to have internet speeds of up to 400mps, but it seems much slower. It is either because this router cannot handle that speed, or my modem is not supplying what it is supposed to.

The box for this product is very very misleading. It states wifi is capable of 300-700 Mbps. However, the WIRED speed is only 100/10 (100 Mbps). It doesn't matter how fast of a wifi speed the antennas can produce if the wired connection to the modem is throttled. Overall, for the price this router is not bad. It offers a 5GHz signal, decent configuration settings, and an above average 2.4GHz range. It's just unfortunate how the wording is meant to deceive consumers.

Pain in the neck to set it up. Still can change the username and password. The app is bad. Now the equipment so far is working properly.

Not so easy to change password.....instructions unclear..... Do 5 steps.....BUT not how to accomplish steps Ok for the price....gets me on basic wireless internet

It's not the best but it aint bad either. You get what you pay for and this is about the cheapest one you can pick up at bestbuy.

I got this to extend the wifi through whole house so we could use fire stick in my bedroom. It gets the job done most of the time but could definitely be better.

Bought this when we upgraded our internet. A pretty good little router. The range doesn’t quite carry so you may need a range extender if you’re in a larger home.

There’s a lot of service skips. I don’t have to reset manually because it does reconnect within minutes, but that is still an aggravation.

this NETGEAR Router has an average performance, i am not sure the reason but this router loose the internet connection frequently.

It helped my wifi reach my room but trying to set it up in the app has been a pain. I still can't get it to work. The app says it won't connect at all or the set up failed. Alongside that, when I click links to be redirected to sites on my computer it takes me to the password reset for the modem which is inconvenient.

Product works well but you'll have to figure out anything not covered in the paperwork. Netgear tech support is lacking.

I got this to control a digital mixer. It’s basic but set up wasn’t as simple as I thought. Can’t fault it for the price though

Bought for small apartment. Worked great but now needed a new one as my place is too big for its range.
