    I’m not sure if this router works that well. We had a netgear router before, supposedly a slower one but this one seems to be slow in loading even emails.

    Works well for ethernet setup. Not seeing wifi so i wish the antennae could be unscrewed and removed. Having hard time logging into 192.

    Just a plain Jane Wi-Fi router nothing to write home about. the app says you can hook up remotely but you can’t on this model.

    It was difficult setting up this device. Had to call customer service more than 3 times to get this device set up.

    product would NOT POWER ON after only 2 weeks of usage. No reason it turned off just stayed off..even after using multiple house outlets.

    Good while it worked. Security update locked everything up. Too many passwords and doesn't accept any of them.

    very spotty. its better than having only the one router, but I may need another to boost the signal

    Signal Strength Suspect

    I had to purchase two wifi extenders!!! The first was a TP Link which wasn't compatible or the WPS quick connect just didn't work, can't figure out which one it was. So I purchased a netgear extender and hopefully it will work. This router is definitely not user friendly. I wish I had just spend the extra money to get the next model up.

    May as well have burned that money

    This is a piece of junk. It has literally given me the speed that it claims it could. My cable company gives me a speed of up to 200 mbps. The cable guy came out, replaced the modem, replaced all the cable connections, and after spending an hour here, showed me he was getting 226 mbps when he wired directly into the modem. Meaningwhile, this piece of junk gives me 90 mbps at best. I called Netgear to troubleshoot within the 90 days of warrange / phone support, and no solution was provided. I was told to call my cable company. Meanwhile the 90 days pass. I called Netgear again and they tell me to change my MTU size. I log into my router setting and my MTU is already 1492. This is a piece of junk. Don't buy it.

    I'm not happy with this router it will not connect with my modem so I will be returning it; it should not be this difficult and I've read other people's reviews on community after I purchased go figure would not recommend it.
