    I got new cable service and unfortunately found that now you have to supply your own router. I bought this router to go with my 200 Mbps service and after 4 hours found out why my data capped at 96 mb. Returned for a complete Netgear cable modem that does 300 mb

    Plugged it in and worked for an hour. I bought two one is working ok. But this other one must be defected. Bought it for my college student. Since I Bought it on July 18 it was after 14 days the return policy I had to call the corporate office and call the manager at the main store just to get an exchange I get approved for exchange even when I had the receipt so I’m very disappointed that I had to go through all these things when I was sold a defective item

    Stopped working after doing a firmware update

    Bought this on October 13, 2020 and it has a already broken down. Did a firmware update it was asking me to do. It finished the update and stopped working. No connection to the internet at all and I can't reset it to factory settings. To top it off it was throttling my internet when it was working. I have spectrum internet. Paying for the 200mbps. When I connect the modem spectrum provided directly to my computer via internet cable I get the 200mbps sometimes even more. but when I wire it directly to the wireless router I am lucky if it breaks 100mbps. I can't recommend this product. For the money I think you can do way better than this one.

    Netgear has poor support,no directions

    Probably RETURN as it's too hard to get hookup w Comcast probably on purpose so u can get ripped off by them renting theirs. Netgear dropped the ball w no booklet or instructions. Too tedious and would b impossible for Novice tech person like my Dad. Nighthawk app is useless.

    smalla nd compact, but poor connectivity and I had to return asap as it was not working well with my internet provider. I was just using it for streaming and school work so not a lot of work load.

    Its been about a year and a half and this device just packed up! No lights, nothing. Perhaps its the power supply. But these things should NOT happen! Poor experience...
