Great for small houses and apartments!

Setup takes about 15 minutes to do and requires the use of your phone. My sisters room is the furthest from this router and sometimes her games cut cut from loss of connection, so definitely make sure you’re not using this for big houses

In short, buy this if you don’t mind having 40-60 mbps for a 200mbps plan. Still not a bad upgrade for a house of 4 people though, the connection is pretty stable.
