Advanced settings had to be finalized through their nighthawk app before even hard wired devices would connect. Was a bit of a headache because I hadn't experienced that yet with router hardware. Once that step was finished it worked just fine.

She needed a boost for her internet in her apartment. She is in college and on a budget and this product was perfect. The customer service is outstanding!!!

Luckily for me, I had a hard cable run put in a few years ago. This router is hard wired to my main router where the cable comes in. The WiFi output is great. The few devices on that side of the house that needed it are happy too.

Returned to Store - Not What I Needed

The store representative did not let me go inside and shop for the device. I would have chose a modem and router combination. This item did not work for my purposes. I did not open the box and returned it to the store.
