Needed a router. This worked great. No lost signal.

Was able to connect my two computers with hard line, but the Wi-Fi works well for other items. Using the phone app to set up the router took two try's, but is a nice feature.

I bought this my mother-in-law, to replace the piece of crap router that came her fios internet service - we had the same problem. Booted right up all her devices connected, mo lagging or constant freezing of her cable service.

I was not able to consistently connect my Samsung Galaxy Note 10 to my wi-fi. I purchased this new router and everything works perfectly with great coverage throughout the whole house. Saved on a large amount of wireless data usage.

Bought this for my office, being that we are in a Wi-Fi dead zone. It was as simple as plugging it in to a network switch, sign in with a device and complete the set up. There are more expensive models that have more band width, but this model is working fine for our needs. I would buy again.

I purchased this because I did not want to pay the router fee through my internet provider. Reason I give it 4 STARS is that everything has to be done through the app. No manual was provided - warning for the non-techie people.

I purchased the Netgear Router to replace an old one that I had used since 2012. I don’t know much about my equipment, other than when it doesn’t work, I’m dead in the water. My son-in-law suggested this router so that’s why I got it. It does the job, and with it being a dual band, so much the better.

Bought this while traveling to use in hotels. Setup for Android tablet must be done through Android app or insecure website (no https), and neither work with latest version of Android (despite the box saying it works with Android). Tech support suggested I use my iPhone for setup, but that also was problematic. Cannot change username of admin. Can change factory preset passwords, but changes would not hold. I would have to reset every few sessions. There is a reset button on the device that resets it to factory. Tech support helpful, but expect long waits for help. Also, the only solution for problems is to reset to factory. Fast, stable wireless connection when it works. Setup not stable when done with Android tablet or iPhone.

Since my local internet provider refused to upgrade my internet equipment, I had no choice but to purchase a new one. I am a teacher and had to do online teaching so having the right equipment is a must. So far I have not had any issues with this router. I am a satisfied customer.
