very goode but was a replaqcement for one that wouldn't work with my system after I spoke with one of your sales people -- the second time in I got the right one

I like our new Netgear router. It is working great for us. Our Google Home, smart TV, desktop, two laptops, two cell phones, printer, and tablet are connected to it. Our problem is that my laptop can't connect to the 5G channel. I think it is a problem with my laptop though and not the Netgear.

The Ethernet speeds are mainly what we were looking for in getting this Router. We Can get up to 1GB speeds. The wifi on the other hand can use a little help. We have the router about 30 feet away and only 3 standard walls (not firewalls) and the signal is only 2/5 bars at 55-60mbps. If we go about 60 feet away the signal is only about 1 bar and we only get around 30-35mbps. 5G band.... there isnt even a point to have it unless the router is next to your computer. We have adjusted the antennas numerous times, and oddly it works better when the antennas are facing up instead of facing the room that we need the wifi in.

I just returned it as it would be useless if I the modem i now have is modem and router all in one. For the time i did have it I was pretty satisfied. Would be better with easier set-up and connectivity.

It is very difficult to connect to the wireless functions. Try to get support for with the setup of the wireless functions has not been successful at all. I have made many attempts to make contact with someone and have not had any call backs. I have had this product for a month now and I still can not connect to it wirelessly. The only that I will say is that it is faster than what I had before with my hard wired units.

Needed a newer Router as family spends much time handling problems and keeping up to date with the world especially since virus hit no need to mingle to handle ordering food etc

Went to my go guy George in your computer dept.explained my problem.and what I was looking for..walked me up to the router section..picked one and said that was what I needed..and off I went. Great asset to your company!!

I haven’t had any issues with this router! I bought it because our internet wasn’t very good for streaming video and its great to finally watch something without an annoying wheel spinning on the middle of the screen, pausing our shows!

Average but gets the job done. Great for smaller coverage and single family units. If going for multi-users recommend using a better one.

This is good for a small apartment. But however if you have multiple devices connected to it ( a phone a laptop and other this may not be a good fit for you.

It is difficult to set up, but it works well once it is set-up. The Spectrum installation guy had a hard time making it work with the modem. Now that it is set up, streaming videos and playing on-line is seamless.

This unit does not have a coaxial connection, of which I was not aware prior to purchasing. My mistake for not checking this but I returned it for a modem/router combo that does not require additional equipment.

Work as good but it's made of cheap plastic. It does not have light indication at the back where the Lan cable is located. It would be better if has one so it would be easier to identify if it's working or not.

We needed better wifi in the house. Our router works great but the built in wifi is weak. Hooked this up and bang. Extended range from our old one, faster internet through its wifi.

The wifi router works like a gem. I first went for a new wifi router and was given the incorrect router, went back and spoke to another associate who pointed me to this Netgear wifi router, which was the right one.

Wifi on a budget. Will get you very decent WIFI speeds provided you have AC tech wifi adapter on your device. For better speeds get a router that supports AX technology.

This is a pretty basic unit in today's world of wifi. I purchased it to use as in internal LAN. I do not have internet service at home, this simply connects all my local machine. Works perfectly for this task.

My neighborhood was followed with 2.4Ghz networks causing massive latency. My internet speed was horrible and sometimes crawled to 10x slower than what o was paying for. Hooked up the router and enabled the 5ghz network and more get full speed %100 of the time. Loving it.

Worked great with Roku. Reasonably priced. Easy set up for anyone with little computer experience. The set-up option through a cell phone was convenient, but could be somewhat challenging for someone uncomfortsble or inexperienced with computers.
