Got this on sale so it was a great price. The 5.0 GHz works very well however the things we have connected to the 2.4 GHz get a lot of interference.

It’s only been a month but so far it has worked very well. I’m staying in an apartment and it reaches every room with sufficient service but the quality does drop.

Works fine as a dedicated router with my bridge. Haven't used the Wireless as I have two separate access points in the home along with using the preexisting CAT 5e throughout home.

Has excellent capacity. There is no problem with its operation. I was disappointed that it did not have the capability of air printing with my iPhone.

I actually purchased this so I could set up a wireless access point to extend our wifi signal. Works well for what we wanted, but next time I would buy something with a higher speed.

Not the fastest router in the world. But if you're not a gamer or have other high-bandwidth online needs, this should work fine.
Can't beat the price.

DISGUSTING AND DECEPTIVE ADVERTISING BY NETGEAR!!!

DISGUSTING AND DECEPTIVE ADVERTISING BY NETGEAR!
While the item's box and basic description may say it's capable of speeds up to 700mbps, this is a lie in almost every sense.
Every ethernet port on this router is only capable of 100mbps MAX!
So, yes, you can get 700mbps over wifi, ONLY FOR THAT 100mbps TO IMMEDIATELY BE BOTTLENECKED TO 100mbps AS SOON AS IT ACTUALY SENDS YOUR DATA TO THE MODEM!
To say this router is capable of 700mbps is to say my car is capable of 700MPG when it's being towed.
Unless you want to run a purely wireless LAN that never actually connects to the internet, do not buy this garbage.
And shame on BestBuy for selling this as well.

More prone to signal loss than previous router

I was disappointed in not being allowed inside to examine potential routers. One was brought out to me supposedly about equivalent to my old one which failed after several years of use. The new router seems more prone to signal loss than my previous. I do believe had I been allowed in the store (I was masked and I do observe separation distances) I would have chosen at least the next step up and perhaps two steps up for better router performance.

Wasn’t quite as plug and play as the more modem. Had to do a factory reset out of the box and play with some settings to get it to work right.

It's a router. Netgear stuff is solid across the board. Only gave 4 stars as it's WiFi 5, not 6. But a solid piece of kit.

If you are looking for a light powerful MacBook Air this is the one. Retina display is very eye pleasing and touchID is a plus. No keyboard issues...yet. So far I'm very pleased this MacBook Air.
