My quibble is with the NetGear Tech support over the phone. The people may have been knowledgeable about my concerns of slow internet speed from my supplier by were hard to understand due to their accent.

I am growing very negative on NetGear

Their customer service is Indian and not technically educated. They are reading from database and contacting higher level support. They claim that their equipment will only deliver 50% of hardwire speed wireless.
