My quibble is with the NetGear Tech support over the phone. The people may have been knowledgeable about my concerns of slow internet speed from my supplier by were hard to understand due to their accent.

The salesperson at Best Buy asked me several questions and then recommended this product. I had a couple of questions and the Netgear staff were very helpful. Easy to read instructions, very helpful support.
