Phone help was simply awful. The technician was good, but the background noise was so loud we (three of us using the speaker) couldn't understand what she was saying most of the time. Now that it's set up, it works well.

But the AC1200 works perfectly, but with a standard 2 story house and more then 2 people with multiple devices you might need to get the 1900 or Nighthawk.
