Setup was easy and it has been functioning extreme

The only problem I had was activating the device using apple products (iPhone and Mac) but the issues were overcome by activating the device for the first time at Best Buy. Once activated I have no other issues.

Phone help was simply awful. The technician was good, but the background noise was so loud we (three of us using the speaker) couldn't understand what she was saying most of the time. Now that it's set up, it works well.
