Dual band routers are great. The Nighthawk app is a must to keep an eye on traffic. There's hardly been any problems with this router. Definitely recommended. Setup was a little bit of a pain, but once its set up everything is cake.

This router has more features than I need. That’s why I returned it. It’s a greater router, I just don’t need everything that it offers so opted for something cheaper. If you need the features this router offers, then this is the one to get.

This router randomly disconnects from the internet. It is fair to midland.

I had some questions during setup and contacted Netgear for assistance. The individual who helped me was terrific and was able to help me with all my concerns. I am thus far very pleased with my purchase and the support.

I have owned netgear routers for years and the latest one finally stopped functioning correctly. Initially, I bought another brand slightly cheaper, but I could not get my home network set-up. After going back to Netgear , I had no problem getting it set-up and the router is working fine.

I am happy with the product. It was not as easy as they claim to hookup. You can pay $100.00 for the geek squad to hook up. That is more than the product costs. Had to do alternate method to hook up. Not even sure how I did it but very happy with the performance

Works great, very satisfied with this purchase. No bogging down with up to 5 different devises using the wifi signal. Was a little weird having to download an app to connect to this WiFi router, but fairly easy to use and connect to.

I went with a better router in hopes of boosting our internet issues with our provider. It was basically plug and play. It gives our internet a better signal throughout our home. I’m very happy with it.

Went threw how many routers just to find a good one that went with my internet service beamspeed! Where I live there is not that many internet options so a lot of routers I got wasn’t compatible until I found this one!

I bought the less expensive model for Christmas but regretted purchase. It did not have DDNS capabilities nor a guest mode as this one does. Buying from Best Buy enabled me to get a satisfactory router since they allowed me to return the unsatisfactory model.

This is a very good router for beginners easy to set up specially with that application Netgear provides . The wi-fi signal is enough for a small apartment 4 or 5 devices no problem.

Don't get me wrong its a good router for average house, the wifi signal is good, but this one has good price if you live in a trailer home is good enough but not recommended for bigger houses...

I've been a Net Gear user for a while and there is a reason for that. Their products are not only consistent and generally issue free. They are easy to set up and maintain. This one is no exception. It actually expanded wifi reach to the entire home without issue! 10/10

We installed this new router and immediately noticed that in previously "dead" spots in our house we now have a good strong signal. We had family members who would not stay overnight with us because of the lack of wifi upstairs, but this will no longer be a handy excuse for them!

I like this router. There is a good strong signal throughout the area I use it in. I'm not sure if it was just me, but it took around 40 minutes to get this thing set up initially. Other than that it has been great,

This doesn't cover the whole house like I had hoped, but still is better than the old one that we had. The app that comes with it is great, however! Lets you do speed checks throughout the house, refreshes, and a lot more.

Purchased this router to replace wireless modem provided by my internet provider. Is a large step up, however the only reason it doesn't get 5 stars is my connection drops in my bedroom, less than 30' from the router. I would have expected better signal strength.

The thing that rates best about Netgear products is their reliability and easy-to-setup instructions. Without a doubt, this is the best Netgear product for 2017. With quality and reliability leading the way, you get excellent reception and coverage for around $100.00.

Worked great at first. But then once the 30 day return ended, it stopped working.After 3 days with Netgear, we finally got it working again. We had to do a factory reset for the 2nd time and that time it did it. It's been working well for 45 days now.
