I've had this router a month now and so far so good. I have 2 DVR's connected to it, a Roku in one room and a Firestick in another. Wifi on my cell phone is fast too, and I have 3 cameras connected. Great Router!

So far so good. I had to get some technical help in the beginning with the set up of the other two items in our household, but after that it’s working just fine and so far I’m happy with the product.

I only use for the Gigabit "Wired" connected routing capability. I have it on a network with an Amped Wireless Athena AP. I get 500+ mbps download speeds on my wireless devices thorough a Spectrum Backbone (with Spectrum Supplied Modem)

I went into this having used a 30 dollar belkin and it works great for my small house. This one seems to fancy for just wanting simple. Not as good as range as my old one but seems to be very reliable.

Good but other routers in this price range are better values

We hooked it up ourselves ok. It seems slow for my husband's iphone sometimes so he reboots it a couple times a week but I never have any problems. It has an app that you can download with all kinds of info, I really like that. I would buy it again.

This router had all of the features I was looking for. It was much than the one given by our provider. The one we had before would need to be power cycled almost weekly to maintain full speeds. I don't think this one has been power cycled since install

It connects to all my devices but you cannot get into the router to change any of the settings from their NETGEAR Genie - Netgear router is not found or supported and from several browser says site cannot be found. Wifi works but you just can access the router.

My intention was to buy an access point. I changed my mind after seeing this in store. I unpackaged it (I am an expert user) and had it up, configured and running in a few minutes. The configuration tool is easy to use and intuitive. I recommend this product.

My daughter needed a router for wifi in her apartment. Hookup was easy and it gives her the speed that she needs. She did it all herself! :) Price was good. BB did a price match with another store. Great job BB!

I was having buffering problems and was told I needed a dual-brand router. There were many to choose from and an associate was very helpful and suggested this product. It was a bit cheaper than some others but he assured it would work for my needs. He was sure right.

We ordered this as the source of our internet at home. We are 3 students each having at least 2 devices connected to it and it is great! It is a big house, (3 bedroom) and I suggest it. ( This is my experience after almost two months using this device)

I was previously using a router that was five years old and on the cheap side. I bought this one and the speed of my wifi is amazing. This entire time I've been paying for high speed internet and not getting the benefits because of my outdated cheapO router!!!

After some guidance from an employee, I came across this router and was assured it would be solid. I’m very happy with the quality and would recommend it for anyone who uses WiFi for everyday internet and streaming needs.

Got this one for the in-laws who have no tech skills, what so ever. I set it up, got their home network running, and they havent had a problem since. Its been exactly what I needed it to be.

I was having a problem with my existing router not being able to handle the no. of devices I'm now running. The sales person helped me to realize this & I chose one that works great now! I was very grateful for the knowledge of the sales staff.

nice device with guest mode. I did have to reset it to factory after using the "genie" to program it. The 2ghz band wasn't showing up on devices. Reset and configured manually in web app and all worked great.

I always enjoy shopping at Best Buy. I never have to search for anything and even if I don't find what I was looking for, I always find something else I need or want. I never leave empty-handed.

We bought this modem/router in April 2020. In Oct. 2020, we noticed big swings in speeds. One day the upload speed is so slow it's unusable. The next day, the speed is much faster than it should be. This began suddenly this week. We had Spectrum, our cable internet provider, and they claim the speeds coming into the house are fine. So, we may need to replace this after 6 months. Unless it gets stuck on the really fast speeds, then we love it.

I live in an apartment and there is the kitchen between the living room (where I have the modem) and my bedroom, so when I close the door, the range seems to suck on and off. I am not sure how to feel about this sitch.
