So far I have had no problems and it has worked great. The only thing I would complain about was that their was no instructions on setting it up. We had to google and make some calls for help.

This works well. Needed a more basic wireless router for my parent's house. If this is going to die, it's usually within the first year so I'll update if there are any issues.

I've stuck to Netgear for years, because of their reliability. This AC1200 didn't disappoint me (although I just set it up at a client's, and time will tell). Very fast throughput, lots of features, and a nice interface to navigate.

this router works perfect for a small house, I get a strong signal in all rooms and I have no complaints about it. yes I would recommend this, because the price is very reasonable and it's super easy to setup.

I discovered that the previous Net Gear was not functioning well, and I was told by the Geek Squad that it was time to replace it. So, my husband went to Best Buy and got a new Net Gear. No system problems now!

I am very very pleased with my router. I'm not to familiar with all of the different details of all routers to choose from. The BB store employee was super helpful informing me of the specs in comparison to all others.

We use our router for in-home intranet, connecting computers, printers, and other devices, when not on the internet. This works very well.

It was time to upgrade my router so I went to best buy and saw this. This is a good router. One of the features I love is that you can see and control who can connect to the router. Good features.

This router is really good, it was pretty easy to set up. I used my cell phone to set it up, Just connect it to your phone like you would any wifi and then go on internet and follow the instructions and thats it.

Still learning how to use but love the pictures so far. Telephoto is incredible, my photos are typically taken during bird watching and even at home watching the birds at the feeders. Love the camera, no complaints.

Needs a 'Plug & Play' approach. Was difficult to get this to link to my Spectrum modem. The answere to gettting it to work was do a 'hard boot' of the entire system.

I have not experienced any problems with the modem except the initial setup. I'm pretty tech savvy but for some reason it's a little more complicated with a windows 10 laptop. Otherwise, once it's set up it works fine.

I went to best buy looking for a router to purchase. I was so relieved to tell someone working what I needed for my home and to have them just point out what I should get. This router works great and I've never had any issues!

Bought this router for my parents who live in the country. Works well. Internet speed is slow at times - not sure if it is related to the router and location of the device or to the internet itself.

Replacement for an older netgear product of similar features. This one has a greatly improved web admin UI. Took the isp numbers from the old one, plugged them in, and up and running in minutes.

Was having trouble with my WiFi upgraded to this Router and it fixed my Issue only 4 Stars instead of 5 because I’ve only had it a short period of time we’ll see if it fixes it for the long term

We had been experiencing slow WiFi, lack of HD quality when streaming, and lots of buffering when trying to watch shows. We purchased this router, and it fixed all of our problems! We are very happy with the purchase.

I like this product, however I do have AT&T U-verse so when I leave my house I have to change my phone back to the AT&T U-verse service for my wifi. That's my only complaint with it. It works great while I'm at home.

After returning the first router that was defective and cost me to have my service provider come out to find the cause of being unable to connect to the Internet, the replacement works well and better than expected!

I decided to start streaming tv services and needed a newer router. The employee recommended this one. Sometimes the wifi connection drops but its hard to say if it's because of the router or the service provider.
