Maybe a bad unit....maybe just a poor router....

But eventually would stop allowing internet (internet light would go off on the front panel), despite nothing being touched or reconfigured. I'm technically adept but still had to revert to one hour of tech support each time it happened...which was every 5-10 days. Was beyond BB return period for exchange and then out of 90-day tech support to get this thing running again. Currently boxed up, waiting for Netgear to have more in stock to do an exchange. Can't say I've had any good success with this router. AND the wireless signal strength is not anywhere close to what I had with previous routers, FYI.
