you'll need help to set this up

The cable aspect was eventually conquered, but the device needed some computer set up that finally a neighbor performed for me. It didn't look too complicated, but Best Buy people didn't explain this to me and wanted to send out a person which was as expensive as the device itself. Took my neighbor ten minutes. Super frustrating hours on hold and in communication with BB people without success. Very disappointed in them.
