I was having issues since working from home last year with frequent disconnects from my wireless network. I had the telecom provider out multiple times to try se if we could improve the coverage with location of the router with no luck, and they wanted to charge me hundreds of dollars to do it. I decided to try this extender before being forced to go that route. I am extremely happy that I did! I have been using for 3 weeks now and have not dropped a meeting once! Testing my speeds also doubled from 100 - 200mbps. I am probably going to buy another one to make the signal stronger out near the garage on the other side of my house as well. Def would recommend if you are facing similar issues.

This extender worked amazingly and brought a dead area of our home wifi to life. After dealing with weak signals or excessive buffering when steaming movies, the solution was found with this extender. Very simple activation and set up, easy placement in any outlet to best optimize the signal. Highly recommend!

Works very well. Though setup was a challenge. I rec'd using your the app for the first install. If you are installing a second Extender such as I did, use your laptop instead. The app will only recognize the first extender. Also name your extender wifi a different SSID each for the 2.4 and 5 Ghz bands. This will allow your devices to connect exclusively to the proper extender you want to use.

Our router/modem is all the way one side of the house so we needed a solution to extend the Wi-Fi to the opposite end, where more than half our tech is. Works great and even improved the second floor at the same time. Easy to set up and priced right.

I bought this extender to try and boost my wifi signal in the living room. It does create a stronger WiFi signal but the speed was not as fast as when you were close to the actual WiFi router. Set up was easy. I’m sure this would have worked well if I had faster internet to begin with. Ended up increasing my internet package and solved my issues with a stronger router.

The product adds signal strength for those devices that are farther away from your router but still within range. I evaluated this unit on my laptop on the other side of my house opposite the router. In other words, my router is on one side of the house and my laptop was on the other side of my house during this test. I did not detect any signal degradation and would recommend this product to others looking to extend their router's signal strength at a reasonable price.

Needed more wi-fi range and this product took care of that. Was easy to set-up and can be put in an electrical outlet anywhere you choose. Love it. It took some time to change the router password on the different things I use, so I don't want to go through that again. Only used it for a couple of weeks. I'm very satisfied now after install.

The extender was simple to set-up. It seems to be working as expected. We have a stronger signal upstairs in our 2 story home. We purchased this on sale, so the price was more reasonable.

I read the reviews and decided to purchase this model. It was very easy to set up and the range is very good. I'm in an older 2 story home and was not getting internet upstairs. While using this I can now get 4 full bars upstairs and can stream videos. I have had the unit disconnect and reconnect once in a while but its not often and very quick.

This wifi range extender surpassed what I was looking for. My wireless router is in the middle of my home and the outer perimeter always had a very weak signal, now with this extender I get a very strong signal where I did not get them before. Easy to install and hook up, I highly recommend this extender.

Works good. I would say that the set up is a bit annoying. The lag time seems to be long but if you are patient, it will set up, just be patient. When working it gets my speed up to 180mbs+ on my 400 system. Other ones struggled to get above 50. For that reason, I am happy with this and it is more affordable than many others. In a different area of our house (we have 2) the speed is over 220+mbps. I would recommend. I use it with the ethernet cord to my VoIP phone and it works pretty good.

The extender was easy to used, Using the App was helpful for setup and testing. Once up and running the transition was seamless. No interruptions of service. The signal strength in area that were poor had at least 3 bars now. So the improvement was notice right away.

I had an older xx300 extender but was not getting the benefits of the 5G throughout my house. The setup on this unit was very easy (I used the external setup to give the main and extended points the same SSID). As my PC did not have 5G capability I used the Ethernet port on the extender and my computer now blazes.

I have a long house. This did the trick extending the wi fi signal. I was fortunate to have a CAT 5 port in one room so I connected it with a CAT 5 cable which essentially made it a hot spot. I now have 5 bars of signal strength in my office and at the TV. I highly recommend it.

Used to install POE Video Camera

I bought a 4K video camera for it's resolution that was only offered as a POE device and I didn't have a cat 6 cable to the location I was installing my camera. Because running a cable was more expensive than the AC1200 I went ahead and purchased the AC1200 to connect the camera via WIFI. Easy setup and worked great. My only disappointment was the IP RJ45 jack on the Netgear AC1200 does not supply POE as described on the Best Buy web site technical description so I had to use an external power supply to power the camera. Works great and was easy to install with all the bandwidth throughput needed to view and record the camera. I would recommend the Netgear AC1200 for anyone needing to extend their WIFI.

My wife works from home, and the location of our a router is less than ideal. Her office is upstairs and the router is downstairs behind the couch because that’s where the port for the Internet is located. My wife could whole video calls very well because of the poor reception in her office. This little guy did the trick. We plugged it in in the stairwell, Kind of a halfway point between the router in our office. And it boost the signal enough that she could hold video conferences, but I think ultimately we will rely on a mesh system from now on. But this was a good temporary solution. The set up was easy and quick.
