I actually did not like this extender. It interfered with my wireless router and caused our Wi-Fi connection to be disruptive. I'm not saying this will happen to everybody but it happened to me and I had to return it

I had a Problem with the WiFi it would cut in and out. I don't know if the antennas were bad or the extender so i returned it. I'm sure it a great product Netgears are really good, but i just go the a bad one

Device did not work as advertised and contacting their customer service was one of the horrific events I have ever had when troubleshooting a device. NEVER BUY THIS PRODUCT!!!!

Price made it worth while for this average performance

Doesn't work at all. I bought it to extend the range in my home and it does not extend anything. I put it in the basement and when I went down to the room next to where I put it, still could not get connected.

I was eager to set up this product because of what I was told about this range extender since I don't get WiFi throughout my house. About a week later, I find out that almost all my cell phone data is used up because of either poor performance or this product simply doesn't work.

It says it will extend range and speed but I saw no difference. I even hard wired into it for a device and still got the spinning hourglass. Tried numerous locations followed the directions to a T and still no significant change.

Was told by Best Buy that I would achieve a 500 ft. straight line distance of my WiFi signal. It was more like 75 ft. before I lost my signal. I returned it back to Best Buy for a refund.

Was supposed to boost the signal. It did not work, had to be reset constantly, added several networks (confusing). Caused printer to be disconnected from network, etc. Ended up returning it.

We bought this to help extend our WiFi signal, but unfortunately this did not help us. We have hired the Geek Squad to add something to help with our lack of WiFi in part of the house.

It's doesn't help unless it's close to the router! Really? That defeats the whole purpose! I need it for up stairs and the router is downstairs!

Did not work for me, did not boost wifi, did not help wit the speed of the wifi in my house, will never use Best Buy again

I returned this immediatly. Terrible reception of main router. Difficult to setup total waste of time. I replaced it with a linysys

This is the worst device I ever bought, there is no customer service number to call to help set up

I would never buy this again or recommend it. I does nothing to improve my signal in my house.

Once again Netgear equipment proves to be a poor choice. This unit failed to meet my expectations. Linksys is a far superior choice.

Couldn’t get it to work as access point with mediacom technicolor modem. Kept on dropping signal as a WiFi booster.

This product pnky worked in a small area, not my entire house as advertised. I needed a bigger unit

WAS NOT STABLE, PROGRAMING WAS CLUMSY AT BEST. HAD TO RESET IT AND START OVER COULD NOT EDIT SETTINGS
