Works as advertised. It helped the signal reach the back of my house so I could have WiFi. I also noticed my Apple devices work much better when on the 5ghz band than on the 2.4ghz.

WIFI signal are now available in my remote room and backyard. Router looks good with its black and red stripe color. The LED indicators are helpful indicating power and connection to the main network. Devices I have (mac-air, ipad and iphone) using this extended wifi now has fast access to the internet. This performance and range is what I expected from this product. Also, the set up of this extender was a breeze.

The setup for this was almost as easy as opening the box. The low signals we were getting in parts of my house are no longer low.

I'm very pleased with this range extender. I can now use wifi on the front porch and upstairs. Easy to set up.

The Netgear AC-1200 works wonders. Forget buying small, useless extenders and get this. Worth every penny. Now my outdoor security cams work continuously without interruptions.

I purchased this as a gift for my parents because their wireless connection in the basement is poor, and it was causing problems with streaming video through their wireless Blu-Ray player (they don't have a wired connection in the basement). It was relatively straightforward to set up, and boosted the signal and quality.

This range extender was easy to set up and performs perfectly! Set up took five minutes. I chose a location, plugged it in and pushed the WPS button on both devices. Done.

No complaints, I have yet dropped wifi signal with this in my home. 4k streams with no issues. I highly recommend this if you are looking for an cheap ext.

I paired this extender with an existing Netgear R6250 and now get full bars throughout the entire house. Extremely easy setup as well. Couldn't be happier with this unit.

Prior purchasing this particular model I have done thoughtful and meticulous research about the range extenders. Bought Netgar -AC1200 range extender for my son who is in high school. His room in particular has very bad wifi/ internet connection. Before he had to reboot an old one almost every night while doing homework since nowadays all the homework is online. It was stressful for all of us. Now, almost 2 month, we didn't hear even one complain from him that his wifi is working.

We live in a brick 2 story, the wif-i signal from cable provider's router was not strong enough. This extender work great and solved the problem! Fairly easy to install

I had a smaller Net Gear but needed an extra "boost" because my computer was at one end of the house and the modem at the other end. This product works GREAT!!!!

works better for some devices as far as extending the range, may just be my computer that has a very weak wireless signal.

This extender resolved our issue of not getting a strong wifi signal in a portion of the house. It was easy to setup and did not break the bank. Totally recommended.

overall helped signal downstairs, just need to switch over to 5 band and not the 2 band signal which is much weaker.

This device was used to extend my existing nighthawk and it actually has better reception. Great product , easy to use, and reliable. Installed and forgot about it.

Needed to boost wifi speeds and connectivity to my existing wifi router. I was experiencing a bit of a dead zone on part of my first floor. I liked the design of the Netgear AC1200 EX6200 and have always had great experiences with Netgear products. Setup was a breeze using WPS. I didn't even bother with the instructions. Solved my connection issues immediately. Highly recommended.
