I use this primarily in my office to extend the range of the wifi router and then use hard wiring to my computers and printer from this extender. It works great. I even have another printer just on the wifi network and it works much better than without the extender. Dual bandwidth is great and speeds are really good as well. Hardly any lag noticed and my computer location is quite a distance from the main router. Would recommend this to anyone who may have a small business office need, as well as home need.

This was so easy to setup. It was up and running in 10 minutes. Works great and solves the problem of weak signal.

I had another Range Extender at first but I returned it for the NETGEAR - AC1200. This one is perfect if you need a signal boost for a TV or other device. It cost more because it simply is better than anything else I have found.

I had some problems finding something to extend the range of my computer. I was assured by the sales associate that this would do the trick. He said if i didn't like it, i could being it back with no hassle, it works.

Helped to boost the signal at times, was inconsistent. Could be the configuration of my home. Overall it's okay at best.

Setup was a breeze, and the unit works much better than the mini outlet one I had before.

I bought this to create personal cloud storage via connection to a portable hard drive. After a lot of frustration and time spent on the phone with tech support it was revealed that my hard drive was not compatible. Additionally, setup to use as an extender was somewhat difficult and the end result was less than desired as speeds were slower than what my router provides. I returned it.
