I experienced difficulty setting this unit up with my Verizon service, however, when I checked on-line, they provided instructions to hook the Ethernet up directly to the unit, and then setting up the extender wasn't too bad. Seems to work well-- we now have a strong signal all over the house.

We needed to extend our WI FI to a workshop and this worked great.

We used to have to use our cell phones for wifi, now we can use our landlords (with their permission) wifi in our apartment. Works perfectly.

I've used this extender both as a wired access point and a wireless extender. It works great in both modes and it is easy to swap. The 2G and 5G signals are strong. It fully meets my needs between multiple stream TVs, the daughters' cell phones, tablets, etc. No one has to wait!

brought this to extend my Netgear router r6300,wi-fi signal which is in my Bonus room upstaiis to downstairs in my Living Room. This extender not only does this, but t goes to three more rooms covering about 2,000 square ft. very satisfied with this Netgear Extender.

I paired this with a Netgear R6300 router and the combination is perfect for a house with a larger footprint, multiple floors, and thick walls. This combo handles every issue that could be thrown at it and works better than any system I've ever installed. If you want as fast a Wi-Fi as possible given a challenging house footprint, this combo is what you need.

In use a little over a month. Difficult older, added on, house. Brick walls, L-shape. Extender delivers strong ac connection to phones.

Pretty good WiFi extender. We have an older house with a cinderblock basement, which the signal from our regular router is pretty weak. So we put this in and it definitely has improved the wifi in the basement. Would recommend.

Nice product do think it's a bit pricey for what it do !!!!

I think this product is WONDERFUL--we have a two and a half story home, and this made our wireless work great in every room of the house!

It works well, even though I have a metal roof which messes with WiFi signals.
