    I purchased this router after buying the Belkin N600 router and then the WDN750 router. Both of these routers could not cover the far end of my 3000' home. The new Netgear N6250 routers wireless signal does reach all areas of my home, but drops off signal strength at the edges of my home. It works but I wish it was better.

    I got this to upgrade, but I still get high traffic alerts from the "NETGEAR genie." It does not seem to be any faster than the one I spent $50 less for.

    Router performs as needed. Only thing I do not like is the port orientation. This positioning of the ports forces you to have to stand the router upright.

    Bought this for my mom and it was a welcomed addition to her home wifi that would regularly drop the wifi in certain areas of the home. She was using the standard cable modem from her internet provider, that would lose signal strength in portions of the house. The nether wifi router has greatly improved the range of the wifi, no more drops, and this is located on one end of the house and still is covering the whole house and then some.
