    if we are using more than 2 devices, we lose connection. every time. our house is only about 1400 sq. feet

    Overall the positives out way the negatives. It is possible that the building i live in has caused the speed decrease that I have experienced. In addition I have noticed some issues where my phone has network service but the speed is nearly snail pace. I usually have four devices and sometimes 5 connected at one time. Including a Samsung TV for netflix/pandora, iPhone, Macbook pro, work pc, and Galaxy S4. All were connected with minimal difficulties.
