    I use this router in a two bedroom apartment and have not had any issues. The router looks great and does not take up too much space. I partly bought it because it does not have external antennas. I have not used all of the features yet, but I look forward to trying out its ability to have an external hard drive connected to it.

    Compare to other routers on the market, I would Net Gear the best on the market for generally non-technical users like myself. With other brands I have purchased in the last 5 years, I have had too many issues with IPS connectivity. The NETGEAR - Wireless-AC Dual-Band Gigabit Router with 4-Port Ethernet Switch has been very dependable and cause no issues.

    Bought this to upgrade our router and try to increase coverage in our distant family room for streaming on our main TV. We have a large house with a significant amount of floor/walls between the router location and the TV and unfortunately this router didn't make a huge difference though it definitely brought some increased stability.

    I've owned several Netgear products and I've had mixed results. It seems that when they are great, they are really great and when they are not ... well, they just are not that great. This time, they are REALLY GREAT. I love the speed of setup and the speed of the network. And as a bonus I love the NAS ability. Just plug in a USB drive and VIOLA, a NAS!
