I chose the bell in router because I had heard nothing but great things about the router however I find myself constantly having to unplug the router to get the wifi to work. However the devices that are plugged into the the Ethernet run smoothly.

It is connected downstairs on one end of the house and works great until you get upstairs on the opposite end of the house, where the connection drops to only a few bars, so it makes online gaming and netflix a little difficult sometimes when it goes in and out.

Love new wireless router, it provides faster and stronger connection for all techs in the home. I would recommend this router. Glad the sales person at the store recommended this particular one as it meets my family's needs.

I was actually going to purchase another router that was advertised on sale, but with the help of the sales person, I was happy to get the referral for this router which meets my needs for all the technologym needs I have.

Product doesn't have the range I hoped for. Doesn't reach the distance needed, but works adequately short distance

It helped my computer be able to stream video's without all the buffering. We have a high speed internet but our modem was old and we had a terrible time with video. Now I can actually watch video messages without it breaking on every other word.

This router was an update to my old linksys dual band. This one handles multiple HD streaming for video, and great download speeds. I got it mainly for my new Nvidia shield game streaming! It works like a charm, just be sure to use the 5ghz band!

we bought this with a recommendation from an employee and it just doesn't holdup for us. We have a ps4, 5 devices and a lap top in a 3000 sq ft house and even use an extender. Wish we could exchange it, but its been too long now.

camera. Sony a6000 is great compact full feature camera. Bought for features and blue tooh/ wifi ability to transfer photos to other electronic devices. Will be hoping it all works for our upcoming trip.

We have has this router for a little bit now and we haven't lost or dropped connection. We have tv, phones, and two game systems going at once and haven't experienced any lagging.

Happy with this purchase! Always love shopping at Best Buy, staff is always so friendly and willing to help, and answer all my questions. I finally feel I am getting the internet speed I have been paying for years, with this new router!

My rented equipment wasn't reaching from the living room to the bedroom, so I went to Best Buy and got great advice from a sales person. I bought a modem and the Netgear router and have had absolutely no trouble since.

I have gamers in my house and this was too slow for them. We also stream video and this was not good for streaming. Too slow for my gamers and watching movies at the same time.

I seem to connect to the internet fine- I generally do not have problems on my home computer, but my work computer disconnects a few times a day, which is annoying, but more likely an issue with my ISP than the product.

My router died. I went to Best Buy to purchase another one and had many to choose from. I like the Netgear products because they are compatible from older to newer units. No hassle, no tech needed to set-up.

Upgraded when my last net gear stopped working suddenly. It was an easy set up since the old settings transferred over. The new one cover the whole house where the last one didn't. Had no problems at all so far

Salesman said would see much Faster internet speed even wireless. Did not see an increase at all. Still reading only half of speed of Internet provider. Also the range around my house is not as good as the router I replaced.

Overall an excellent router! Only feature I wish it had is the ability to block users using the software. In case someone hacks the pass code I would like the ability to block the Mac address from my router using my phones software.

Had no trouble setting up this router for a small law firm. They have a static IP address and needed ports forwarded to their server, and setup was a breeze. Excellent wifi signal strength for their office.

This is a great AC router, especially if you don't want to purchase the NetGear NightHawk. I love all the security features and I use this combined with a terabyte drive to create a "cloud" for my home. 10/10
