Wanted something fast and this is it. One problem is that my Brother printer doesn't receive data with this router and code. Looking into it.

Very easy to set up and start working. Has pretty good parental controls and the app is user friendly. Don't know why it has to be so large, looks like it could be smaller.

I upgraded from a belkin wireless router to this netgear. I don't regret it at all. I'm very satisfied with my product and best of all I can connect up to 10 devices and still get excellent wifi.

Was having constant wifi connectivity issues between 9 and 12 pm. Netgear was recommended to me by the store tech. So far it has alleviated the wifi issues. ATT tech support was of no help at all.

I purchased this after my old router, could not withstand the new cable modem. This was a great purchase for the amount. I like the guest feature and it was an easy setup

Works well with Hughes net, Not the one recommended by Hughes net customer service but the best buy sales associate assured me it would work and it works well. I'm happy with it

Easy to use, simple set up. Great monitoring software. We have literally up to 16 devices running wirelessly and there is no lag or slow down.

I've used Netgear Routers for years, with no problems. Sometimes their life expectancy runs a little short, but overall a great router. I highly recommend this router.

This router is simply great! I have a 75Mbs plan from Comcast, but my old Netgear N router (a 3300 from 2008) was only providing a max throughput of about 19Mbs to maybe 25 on a good day, which for the longest time I thought was just normal losses from the router/wireless bottleneck. I began to suspect a router upgrade to the newest technology may improve my speed. Setup of the Netgear 6250 was super simple, and it was installed and online in no more than 10 to 25 minutes. The best part is now I finally get the speeds I'm paying for with Comcast! My throughput is now usually 70+ Mbs and sometimes closer to 80, which is actually MORE than my 75Mbs plan!! So the old router was definitely the issue, and this new one is providing 100%+ of the speed of my connection, stability is great with no dropouts, and range is better than the old one also. With about a dozen wireless devices connected, the router handles them all just fine with zero connection issues. Sure, $120 can be a lot to spend on a piece of equipment, but it's worth every penny to get full connection speed! As an added bonus this router actually looks very classy sitting in a living room with a glowing Netgear logo and piano black finish. It could actually pass for a decor item instead of looking like a mini cell tower in the room! This is only the second router I've ever purchased, both being Netgear and I have always had great service from them with stable connections and good range. Highly recommended! Bottom line, for those who currently get much less wireless speed than they are paying for, you need a router upgrade!

Was always have issues with my comcast issued modem/router. Since I installed this one with my motorola modem... I haven't had any issues... ever again. It's been 1 year.

This net gear router is great, i covers my whole house without any repeaters/extenders. I like having the 2nd band so I can be not the web while the kids are doing homework on the web.

I have windows 8. They said it was easy to set up, but it was not. I had to call my internet provider and together we finally figured it out. Other than this, I'm happy with the router.

I didn't notice difference in the service. It was suppose to give me better wifi quality and it did not. It sits in the box just liked bought it only used 1 time. Waste of my $120

this item was purchased for my sister in law. I have had one for a number of years. it as the latest technology AC for routers. I have never had any issues with it.

I was looking for something to provide a wireless network throughout my two-story 3,000 square foot house. This router does the job and I am happy with the purchase.

The worker who helped me was very knowledgeable about the products. The one I purchased has solved my problem of losing connection to the internet over and over again!

If you are looking for a perfect router for your small-medium sized home, this is for you. Try supplementing this router with an extender if you have two stories.

Incredible amount of devices utilizing the wireless router... no worries. The readshare vault and usb storage is wonderful. Don't bother with stock wirelss modems... get this puppy!

This is my second one and I love it. Lightening strike took out my other one. First I purchased a lesser model and quickly replaced to the original one we had.

Very good once it's up and running. Setup took some time since the router prenames your WIFI. Mobile app is great and easy to use. Makes any connected printer AirPrint compatible.
