i think it works well. It's hard to know, but my internet has run faster since I switched to this router.

Had to replace an older one, great for the money. My older one could not keep up with all the devices with 2 kids in college!

Needed a router to cover a small cottage. This router fills the bill. Good reliable internet connection and streams everything we need.

I bought this so my upstairs bedroom would have same signal strength as my family room where it resides. Not! Very disappointed. Also don't like way netgear handles their lifetime warranty. Make me wait without a router while they drag me through their process. Done with netgear after this one. And the one I replaced barely lasted a year. Done done done

It came with corrupted software that required almost 2 hrs with telephone tech support to clear up and install. Once done, it has periods of freezing up and is sluggish to very difficult to reset. Once done, however, it does handle our 27 devices with ease. Watch out for power surges, it blows these out. Use a battery backup/surge protector for your wallets sake

The sales person said this would help me stream movies easily but I still have issues even though I upgraded my router and my cable speed

This is a great product. AC is the new technology for routers and is well worth the conversion cost.

This is an awesome router. Since I connected it, I have yet to lose my signal for my wireless connection and the multi band works great!!

updated my hardware with this and other products. i like that you can see all devices connected. so you will know if something doesn't belong.

Purchased this because desktop computer was across house and facing wall; had connectivity problems. Sales associate assured that this would work-newer model, stronger, etc. etc.. Still having connectivity issues after installing.

I find it works very well when friends or relatives come over and now can bring their own devices and leave mine alone. We all luv it!

We had trouble with WiFi reaching all the rooms in our house and once we got the NetGear, it was so much better! Amazing difference!

Changed my internet service and had to get a router. Appreciated the excellent help from the salesperson in the store.

Had a different brand before and could barely get coverage through the whole house. With this new netgfear I have no issues

Easy to set up for both 2 and 5gh. Also allows for media playback via USB which is nice for streaming to various devices.

Needed a temporary solution when my customer's firewall went down. Not the same level of security, ok for the short term

This is overall a very good wireless router. I was impressed with the ability to handle all of my devices at once with no buffering.

I am happy with this model. Located within 10 feet of my laptop so I don't know how well it works for other rooms
