Great router for our 5 bedroom house! It works very well.

Ive used this wireless router for 3 months now. Works great and has strong signal in my 3000 sq foot 1 story house. I have it located in the center of the house. Tbe dual bands work great. I have my son who uses a lot of bandwidth on one signal and the rest of the family on the other. No problems with speed.

We found the installation instructions difficult to understand and follow. We ended up calling the technical support number to get the router set up; they were helpful in finally getting the installation completed. The router works well, when it is running and connected to the internet. There have been two power outages at our house since the router installation. Each time the power goes out, the router becomes disconnected from the two computers in our home network and we have to call technical support to get the computers back on line; it shouldn't be this hard. We didn't have this problem with our old router, so we are disappointed with this characteristic in our new one. What is going to happen when our limited technical support ends? We are thinking of returning the router because of this. When its running and connected, it works fine.

this product is easy to install. Our wifi coverege at home has improved. We have wifi through the whole house with out interruption.

I purchased this unit and had a great deal of trouble setting it up. Vague instructions accompanied the item. Finally after calling customer support it was working. I tested with an internet speed tester and was pleased with the results. However, in use, the unit would hang up on me. Specifically the ethernet ports. I was able to access the net but frequently encountered either of two messages indicating no internet access. So i assumed the unit to be defective and returned it for a like replacement. Setup went quicker but the problem persisted. I still get one of two messages indicating no internet access. Sometime the message would disappear quickly and most of the time it would just hang there. After calling customer support again and spending at least an hour and a half with them they decided something must be wrong at my internet connection. So i contacted my ISP and lo and behold my internet connection is good. When it works it works well but many times during a session i get these annoying messages. I tried a different browser with the same results. Netgear said this is a very popular and reliable unit but you can't tell that from my experience. Don't know what the problem is but something is wrong. Also, since getting this unit i have to enter my email username and password each time i sign in to email. Even when the stay signed in box is checked.

I needed a new router, so I tried the one from the cable company, it seemed ok however there were no security changes I could personalize. I wasn't comfortable with that so I went and purchased this Netgear router. It was so easy to set up and the app is even easier! I highly recommend Netgear!

very easy to install, signal strength excellent, space saver

This router was recommended by store associate and is working well. The installation was not as easy as other routers I've installed.
