Replaced an all in one router wifi. Never had the real good signal in the entire house. Was going to buy wifi extenders but went with this router when changing services. No extenders needed with this unit. Entire house up stairs and in the basement good signal.

I bought this to replace a cheap router I bought when I moved into my first apartment. The range and capacity of this router has been noticeably better than what I had before. The configuration tool for this router is an absolute nightmare though. Slow to load, and hard to navigate. If the software was a good as the hardware, this would be an incredible value.

This Router is amazing! It's capable of running multiple phones, tablets, computers and Gaming consoles all at the same time!! With the addition of an app for quick looks of connection, trouble shooting, and fast set up! With the stronger range of WiFi gives you more dimension of your network!! Definitely would recommend!!

I bought this router to replace an old one that hadn’t been upgraded in years. The difference in internet speeds before and after switching was night and day. Plus setting up the router only took a few minutes with the phone app. I absolutely would recommend it!

A little difficult to set up but seems to be working well. Our wi fi coverage is also a bit better out in our yard or on the porch.

I'm losing have my internet somewhere. There is 360 mbps going in and only 150 mbps going out. Rumor has it that it is an update in the firmware. I have not found a way to uninstall the update.

So glad we gave Optimum back their equipment and invested in our own. This router makes all the difference in our connection. And it’s nice to be able to use the app to diagnose, change settings, and check the internet speed. Easy setup was a bonus!

Excellent router. Easy to use software and setup. I am able to receive good signal anywhere in a two story house and basement.

Awesome router! Great coverage and easy to install

I have had this router now for about two months and it has performed very well. It boosted my signal strength right away and with it begin dual band it increased my capabilities as well. Looking to start using the USB storage features of this router so will update when I have feedback on that. Great buy for the price.

I moved into a new bigger house and my old router did not do the trick. After reviewing other routers that seemed like overkill i decided on this router. Set up was easy once I figured out that Charter was down in my area. I did not get internet access right away but was charter not the router. Great timing in my part lol.

It was bought to allow multiple Surface Pros to connect to a network and print to a network based printer. It worked as expected and easy to configure. We had it working with 10 minutes of unboxing it. It was an isolated network, so nothing can be said about how the firewall is configured.

I got this router for my mom, in order to replace a router that was 10 years old. We saw speeds increase immediately. I will say, since the instruction booklets don't that only the 2.4Ghz band is compatible with new smart devices like Ring doorbells and newer Samsung TV's. Don't use 5GHz.

The netgear was easy to set up it literally only took me a few min to set it up and get it running. My only complaint it is not easy to control how far the signal will travel. Dual band is great if you have mobile devices because they see the 5g and you get great speed from it. Security features are great and easy to control. Guest features are easy to use .

had been using an older unit, and decided to stop in to see what was available. Was approached by a best buyh team member. told him my issues, and he suggested two good replacements. said this unit would be a quick and easy solution. it was.. less than 15 min upgrade, and superb range with easy change for passwords and setting up guest service

Have to say this is the best product hands down!!!

This router fixed my problems with slow downloading speeds and being unable to FaceTime. Now have no problems!

Runs fantastic. Much faster downloads and connections. I had too many tech items on a smaller router. Sure made a difference!
