It was pretty easy to set up, but my disappointment comes with many times my mobile device telling me that I am not connected to wi-fi, but when I check the settings I am connected. I gave the router a four because I really don’t know whether the problem is the reciter or the phone.

Signal strength great throughout house, never cuts out. Th best router I've had until 6 month mark or so. It failed to update on a firmware ware update, despite many attempts to troubleshoot it never worked again.

The range and speeds on this router are amazing. My kids can get internet in their rooms and the speeds don't slow down.

Exccellent router, easy setup both with fios and TWC, good coverage, speeds are decent as well. Good investment for patchy spots in the house.

My very old Belkin router was unable to keep up with faster internet speeds, so I purchased the NETGEAR - AC1750 Dual-Band Wi-Fi Router. I am very pleased with the improvement in accessing and staying connected to wifi and internet.

I had to switch from using cable internet to fiber optic Internet when I moved in early July. The Best Buy associate who helped me said he faced a similar issue and recommended this product. It has been working great so far for both streaming and playing XBOX ONE games online. I would highly recommend this product.

Setup was easy and the Genie software allows a lot of options. Works very well!

I suppose if this is set up as the only WIFI router in the house it will meet most peoples needs. I was looking to use this as a primary router and then bridge another router (linksys). Although I had a pro setting this up for me and all the documentation we could find said it would be compatible, it wasn't playing nice in the sandbox. I've returned this for an ASUS router and hope to have an easier time setting that up to meet my needs

is why i go to Best Buy, the opportunity to talk to someone rather then simply reading a review. i was looking at a few router options, all of them more expensive than this unit. Discussed with the team member my situation and the layout of my house. saved me $600 by not buying a different product, this one suits my situation.

the performance is somewhat inconsistent. The out of the box set is easy and interface is easy to use.

Our signal was marginal so we upgraded to this model. Good price, great increased signal, easy to install.

Tripled wifi speed using HughesNet when replaced their stock router as verified by online speed test. Highly recommended.

overall range is great. placed the router at 5ft above the ground. wished they would share the mW power. been using 5GHZ for ipad n phone due to AC availability. all other products use 2GHZ like smart tv. bright led lights so covered it up with a cloth

I bought this router when my Apple Airport Base Station stopped working. Generally happy with it. The unit was easy to setup and has decent range. Some of the dead zones in the house disappeared. I have had to reboot the unit twice now when the 2.4GH network started to run at a snails pace. Not that big of a deal.

Bought this router, based on recommendation from someone who has worked with Charter for almost 20 years. We live in a location where service is spotty and slightly desolate. It works great and throughout the house even the driveway. Not like others I've had. So far so good

Been using this for 2yrs with no problem. Setup is easy - just connect and they'll do it for you. Or you can do details if you'd like. One con is that I can't set the modem's license reset time (default is 24hrs and not changeable), but it's relevant to less than 1% of the user.

I bought this router to replace my apple routers ( airport and airport express) which were not providing adequate coverage for my apartment. Signal strength and speed are now much better in the furthest away rooms. Setup could have been a bit smoother, as it took a while (but wasn't hard) with lots of options and features to enable and adjust.
