Can't really judge

stops working

However I have only had it for 20days now and it has been randomly stopping/freezing. It needs to be reset before it will start working again. At this point its not worth the money. Have been on hold with Netgear now over 20 mins waiting for tech support.

Awful Experience
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Connectivity issues happen all the time, I was very excited when I bought it, but the next morning it could not establish connection with any device in my home. So I tried to get it working again and I did it (I had to turn it off and disconnect and connect everything back again though), it worked again, so I decided to gave it another chance, but it has been doing the same thing everyday and I just can have that. It defeats its porpuse. It's not "smart" at all. Today is like the 4rt day and I think I'm going to return it before is too late.

Defective

Keeps dropping the internet connection and have to reboot it 3 - 5 times per week. Have spent hours on the phone with Netgear tech support. Since it's still under factory warranty, I have to deal with them. Good thing I got Best Buy support so I can get it replaced once I'm done with tech support trying to do anything to avoid replacement.
