Great while it worked.

They'll only accept a warranty claim if you pay them $80 to troubleshoot it first! And since the warranty is Netgear's, BestBuy kicks it off to them and won't handle it in-house. So my device failed while in warranty and Netgear wants to charge $80 to troubleshoot it first. They claimed to have remotely checked the hardware WHILE IT WAS OFFLINE. When asked later, they said "it was a simulator, we can't actually check your device remotely. You'll need to pay the $80 for that."

Cuts out periodically and dies within 2 years

not happy

Had trouble hooking it up and more problems with it working with Netflix. I hope that it is now fixed but time will tell.

Reps are English Second Language and you say the problem and they repeat everything you tell them incorrectly. Issue is with Wireless, they want me to run speedtest on Wired connection, direct to modem. IPAD is in next room. Now they want $89 to help me fix a problem that they could not fix on my repeated phone calls.

not worth the money

As I am working from home, this is extremely disruptive. Have contacted NETGEAR multiple times, have been told a replacement is on its way, but still waiting. I hope my experience is an isolated one, but I cannot recommend this product.

Netgear is poor quality and horrible service

Called Comcast who told me that it is a problem with Netgear since internet is working via ethernet directly to the cable modem. Called Netgear several times, they want me to pay $139 for tech support after wasting my time. This product is really low quality. Failed right after one year. Never buying Netgear again.

The router will not connect to either. So basically I can't control anything with this router.

In less than sux months it died

It dies six months after purchase. It was pretty intermittent about 30 days after install. I bought a Eero mesh system and it is fantastic!

Not good

Nergear Wireless ac-1750

Not even with the suggestions other people made. So I ended up returning it to Best Buy for a refund

Worked for almost a year

Last week it stopped working. We've tried everything to get it running again. Nothing is helping. Time to call customer support.
