Would not recommended purchasing.

Purchased this in January 22 and have to consistently restart it. Now the lan connectors aren't working and I have to go purchase something else- which won't be this.

not good

Not waht I was Expecting

But the description was wrong. It said it was a modem/router compatible with DSL. The description was wrong. It was a router only. And since an actual modem to go with it would run several hundred dollars, I returned the unit. It did NOT meet my needs

It lasted a mere two (2) weeks. I spent an hour and a half on the phone with NetGear when they finally determined the router is defective. I have original box and parts and want an exchange. Router stopped working

The router resets itself every 2 minutes and is on the latest firmware. This means that if you are watching Netflix every two minutes the show will stop , you will wait a minute for the router to be back online, get another two minutes of show, and then repeat. Had to buy a new router.

Bad product

Talked to support and they said I had to pay to be able to solve the issue. Found a Reddit page that said you have to downgrade software in order to get it to work. Tried this and it worked but I think this is not how software updates should work

Not happy

Maybe I just got a lemon but I would hope a $130 router lasts longer than this. Started acting up a month ago and now completely shot. Hopefully the modem lasts longer.

Losing connection

One band works and the other just quits on me. Resetting this router almost daily now to keep things connected. Sad to see the quality of products these days.

Worked great, until it didn't

Tried hard reset, firmware update to no avail. Guess this goes and lives in the box of worthless network gear.....

Not good service

Terrible. Worked for 7 months, now trash.

Product continues to reboot every few minutes. Attempted factory reset as well as attempting to back date to an older firmware. Nothing works as the router will not remain connected for more than a few minutes. Straight to the trash after 7 months of use.
