Netgear support is non-existent after 90 days unless you pay for. There is a support community but their fixes didn't work.

A solid pass on this model.

don't bother

Hooked up my old netgear N300 router which after several years still works. Took the new router (AC1750) back to best buy but they wouldn't do anything since it is past their 15 day return policy!

A Miss and a Hit

We brought it back and easily exchanged it for the BlackHawk router modem that is a big hit!!! The sales person was very helpful with our getting the right product.

Don’t Buy

I had to reboot it 5to 10 times a day. Took 5 reboots to stream 1 movie. Stay away from netgear. Total disappointment.

Issues Already

Router failed after 1 year of use

Unable to install

Broke after 7 months

It would turn back on, but wouldn't connect to anything, even had someone come out to try to fix it. Total piece of crap.

Just keeps going and going
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I have had this router for 5+ years now, and it continues to perform perfectly. We have Spectrum with max speeds of 200mbps ... we actually get more than that and this router pumps out the same speed (235mbps) whether it is through ethernet or WiFi. We have a large home on a half acre lot and the coverage is great to the farther edges of the property (and even inside the neighbors house). One bit of advice, make sure you regularly check to see if there are firmware updates. Spectrum sometimes does updates and if the firmware isn't the latest, the router could slow down or drop out totally.

Poor wi-fi speed.

What an amazing waste of time and money!

It has to be rebooted every morning and isn't nearly as fast as they claim. The range the Wifi covers is quite small as well.

Slow Speed
