    Bought this one and it worked great...for 2 weeks. The wifi portion of the router failed. Returned it and bought the Asus router.

    No difference from carriers router. Constantly blotchy tv, internet slow. Excuse given to me is there are just so many people online now.

    Setup of router was pretty straight forward. I was connected to the internet in no time and the router even found a new firmware update. The 2.4GHz band easily reaches my bedroom on the 2nd floor with the router in the basement. Signal strength is good and can easily stream Netflix. The 5GHz band drops out on the 2nd floor or is very weak, but is very strong on the 1st floor. I have no problem getting >60Mbps (which is what my cable internet provider is sending to my house) when doing bandwidth tests around the house. The only downside is the Netgear Genie apps doesn't work or may not be 100% compatible for iOS devices. I need to connect directly to the router via a web browser to make adjustments to any setting. The app seems like it would be good if it worked for me.

    The router quit working after 3 weeks. Best Buy won't do anything about it. Keep that in mind when deciding where to spend your electronics money.

    I've had to restart this router numerous times. My old router was much better. I thought this would be an upgrade. My bad.

    I have a small house and the range is terrible compared to what it cost.I thought I was upgrading from the one I have had for several years and my old one did just as good.

    Please don't buy this . After 90 days you will magically have technical issue which will need $50 per 3 months to fix....

    After 1 year or less stopped working with error message due to security certificate and called netgear and they would not offer any support at all.

    My home has 400Mbps speed, however when I used this router, I only get 200Mbps??? How could it be??

    Does not work and when I talk to return it to Best Buy this Yes no you can’t return it . It been only 1 month I do not recommend this item

    Says it has combined speeds of 1300, and I’m at 550-600 on WiFi. Called customer service and they were absolute no help. Terrible product.

    Our WiFi is worse than it was with spectrum. This device is terrible even in the same room. Loses service constantly.

    Could not get it to work with my network

    Could not get it to work with my network, time warner, new spectrum. They said I didn't need but geek squad said I did. Thinking about going with new provider???

    Don't buy, it cuts wifi off 2 tomes per day. You have to manually reset it. Buy another brand this are bad.
