I had my old router for about 7-8 years and it began to wear out. I looked at the reviews and decided that this would be a great idea to try. I'm very glad i did. Great wireless connection and with the 5g boost section as well I've found my tablet and phone racing to connect. I'd say this would be a great home router for just about anyone.

I have purchased Netgear products in the past and have been very happy with their performance. This router does the job for me and it was easy to set up. This router works with Netgear Genie that constantly monitors the router and my wifi / internet connection. I am happy!

Speed is good and range is fantastic, I can get signal half way down my driveway and all around my house (3,000 sqft) and in the entire basement. No extenders needed, The setup was not easy and the instructions are poor. I got thru it, but it was in spite of the instructions not because of them.

I purchased this god knows how long ago and it's still kicking and give me strong wi-fi. I would recommend it for people on a budget. It covers my entire house!

The first router was broken right out of the box so I had to take it back to the store. Customer service was great and the exchange was no problem. The router itself is good but I would not say excellent. The number of devices that can link to the Wi-Fi definitely increased when I switched to this router over the N600 I used to have. The range increased from the N600 but not as much as I would have thought. So, access good; range not so good.

WE spent hours (at least 13) on the phone to Spectrum, Dell, and HP trying to get our new printer to work. Each vendor either gave up or blamed our problem on another vendor. These guys had a solution.

fastest router i've ever had. very good for running a ps4 pro and a mid tier pc on. lots of phones on wifi but still good speed. has a really good range too.

Since purchasing this router approximately 10 months ago I haven't had any issues with connection to any of my devices (ipads, phones, apple tv, dvr, nest, myq garage, solar, etc.) The ability to connect an external hard drive is a nice feature so that I can keep large, rarely used files accessible but not eating up hard drive space. Video streaming is noticeably improved with the 5ghz band.

this router is great. We have a 3000 sq ft house and I get a great signal everywhere. The speeds are great and this keeps up with our recent move to cutting the cable.

This router is pretty good I had U-verse and had a bad wifi on the far end of the house and went out and got this router and now my speed is faster and we are getting a good signal on the other end of the house

very easy to install, and works as advertised. I haven't opened the app, but I haven't used any of the special features yet. I am currently living in an apartment, but plan to be able to keep this for years to come.

Easy setup, great web interface and the optional application for managing the router from my Mac is superb. Looking for speed on your wireless network, give this router a go.

Easy install and works well handles multiple phones,tvs,ipads,and computers

Purchased this for use at work events where a single LAN cable is supplied but we need to connect multiple computers. Had tried a couple of other Routers I had lying around but these suffered from poor connection quality/speed and were not up to the job. This beauty was flawless - the range was fantastic and the speed was excellent! I tried it in my house to replace my TDS Telecom supplied router and it was also fantastic with much better range, however it isn't compatible with their TV Service so I had to revert back to their supplied router :o( I don't think you would go wrong with this if you need a typical wireless router!

This is a gigabit router that has dual band for video streaming and other internet use. Its pretty fast for streaming 4k and hd video. Works good with 7 or 8 devices connected. Additionaly a USB drive can be connected to share files. This does not perform great though. Also has VPN

Bought it to replace a linksys that was making my phone constantly switch between wifi & 4g. Plug & play is correct for the description. After about 10 minutes I had the network name & password changed with the genie installed on my laptop. Works great with a great range.

No issues after multiple moves in different houses and locations. Range is good and setup has always been a breeze. No need to replace just yet.

This is a really good WiFi router with a lot of features built-in. With the USB 3.0 port you can connect a portable hard drive to store music, pictures, documents and such and share them with all the devices connected to your home network. Dual band ensures the best connection possible at the fastest speeds and three antennae gives it a good range throughout your home. The USB 2.0 ports allow connectivity for flash drives or memory sticks. I would have given it 5-stars if it had a feature to allow me to monitor the bandwidth at the router instead of having to monitor bandwidth at each device but for the money and features, you can't go wrong with this router.
