Bought this for my unit, have thick concrete walls here in south Florida and needed an extender to help push the WiFi signal, works really well, especially since we have multiple devices running most times.

Pretty good device, pretty simple to setup. I thought it would have a much stronger signal, but it does the job for the dead space in the house

I had to setup a computer in the downstairs of a home that only had Wifi. The computer had a standard network card requiring a wire. This did the trick. Works great!

Very easy to setup. If you have a mesh network, it will display all of the mesh members so just pick the one closest to the unit. Decent range but not stellar. Good value for the price

I have about 35 feet between the Comcast router and TV on WiFi - TV video was unstable on the router WiFi - the extender did help: I put in the middle between TV and the router and now TV works jut fine.

We bought this extender mainly for the Ethernet port for our work computer. To that extent, this device works beautifully. The added benefit is the wifi extension. However, the extended wifi internet speed is notably slower than the original wifi. The extender does extend the reach of your wifi, boosting its signal, but the internet speed from connecting to the extended signal will be slower. In our case, half speed. Would not recommend if you’re particular about speed off the extender wifi.

Works great at a good price. Easy set up and now my wifi is great.

The produce seems to do the job we need it for. We do have to plug it in relatively close to where we need the extended coverage but that's okay. Not always a strong signal but that mostly bothers the smart TV pickup.

This extender is great at doing its job as far extending an existing signal. We had recently switched out our modem/router unit but, in that process, the signal was degraded from the basement from where it originates. Also the signal had to pass from a wood floor to under stone and tile, which almost made it unusable in a sunroom that is only one room over from the nearest wood floor. This extender made connecting to the Internet in that sunroom much better than had been the case. I have given it a four instead of a five because it sometimes takes a long time to latch on to the existing wi-fi signal, plus the setup is not as user friendly as it could be. But if you know what you're doing, it will work.

Great device for extending internet to rooms in basement or attic as well as rooms with thick walls. Works great when extending outdoors to your patio or pool too.

Does exactly what I needed it to do. The price was OK but in consideration of what I needed it to do I am very satisfied.

I bought this with a Netgear cable modem/ router just to give a little more range for the 2nd floor. It did the trick very well. I have an office upstairs and have multiple computers, iPad, phones, and a smart TV with an Apple TV attached to it. It handles everything very well and even the TV is speedy. I have not experienced any buffering since day one.

We've had trouble with WiFi in the North East corner of our house since we moved in 2014. A previous Extender was not capable of maintaining it's connection to the main router. This Netgear Extender was bought to replace the inadequate one, now we have excellent signal and our TV streaming no longer causes a crash in the extender.

I had a dark área on the first floor of my Home without Wi-Fi signal and the second floor was very weak. What a diference the Netgear extender made. Like a miracle!!!

easy to set up and use. does take up a wall plug but worth it for better signal strength.
