Needed to extend my wireless into an upstairs room for internet usage. This works with little buffering of videos.

Needed a boost for my weak WiFi reception upstairs at home. Unit came with instructions and was easy to set up. Tapped into home network signal and am now getting throughput of 50 meg were I need it; perfect!

I needed a wifi extender, but had no idea which one to buy. Because I had recently returned a rent a month cable box and replaced it with an ARRIS DOS combined router and modem I guessed! I decided that since I installed the new box top without a hitch I would buy another Netgear product. Best choice. Simple to set up and it works great!

I live in an old lath and plaster/drywall home signals are tough... But after setting up the extender we have TOTAL WiFi though out the house for streaming video!

The extender was pretty easy to install. The instructions were very easy to follow. It actually seemed to work good at first, using it for upstairs. After a month or so, it seems to have stopped working. Tried unplugging and plugging back in, very slow signal upstairs. Downstairs is fine. Their solution - move it downstairs closer to router. If I could do that, I wouldn’t need an extender. I think I just have bad luck with these. I’ve moved the extender around upstairs, no go.

I have a Cisco A/C Router and the Netgear WiFi Range Extender linked up with it perfectly. One push of the button and it connected to the 2.4GHz band; another push of the button and it connected to the 5GHz band. I have always been a "big" Cisco supporter, however, the quality and easy setup of Netgear's products, which are so easy to use, is pushing me towards an "all" Netgear home network in a big way.

Works good now. Took over an hour on the phone to get it working.

Needed an extender to strengthen the wifi signal in part of the house. Read reviews on this product, before deciding to purchase it. It's really easy to install and definitely worth buying.

Just what we needed our internet kept dropping now it doesn't

Suggested as a wifi extender by the sales rep and it works solid. Had to make a good signal into the garage for the car to do updates. The signal strength through the door isn't amazing but it gets the job done

I always had a problem with distance from home base to the basement which is two levels. At this time the Net Gear is working without problems. Thanks to one of your team members who told me about this product.

We had a wifi dead spot in our kitchen and the AT&T router is located upstairs. Put this in a hidden wall socket near the kitchen and our wifi signal has now improved. Setup was a little tricky but not too bad.

I use it for gaming because I continuously kept lagging but then I bought this and plugged in the Ethernet and it has been working amazing!

I needed to strengthen a low signal spot in my home and this extender did the job easily. Programming was easy after I actually read the directions, so do highly recommend doing that first. It will save you time, not like me as I thought I had it figured out. Dead spot is no longer an issue and signal coverage is way better.

This was very simple to set up. Much more powerful then my AP router.

Piece of cake to install works like a charm. Guests can sign on from their bedrooms.
