This Netgear range extender drops the signal frequently making working from the connection a royal pain. The cheaper model WN3000RPv3 seems to be a better product and more reliable. I already had a 3000 model and I just purchased another one.

This unit has worked great for my needs. I have not had a drop signal. I love the port to plug in my desktop, since I work from home. I had to change my office location and this came in handy without having to buy a 100 ft, ethernet cord.

Was able to install and set it up within minutes. I was able to connect my Xbox, smart TV and PS4 to it. The signal instantly became stronger. Definitely recommend this product

We have a split level, L-shaped home and it is difficult to get signal since the signal originates at the far end of the house. We tried other extenders but the signal would be weak upstairs. We purchased this one and all our problems with weak signal are gone. Highly recommend this product.

I'm happy with the range extender but not happy at all that my Nighthawk R7000 is not delivering the range or speed advertised.

This product works great, just like the sales person assured me it would. This salesman had a wealth of knowledge.

The product was easily installed and through my wifi it extends the areas within my home for additional computers (laptops, tablets and cell phones).

Picked this up to improve WiFi coverage in upstairs bedrooms. Placed on middle level of townhouse and coverage upstairs is good. Works exactly how I wanted it to

This was very easy to set up, even though I had to run through it twice. It gave directions for that too. And worked perfectly the first time. If you can't connect to your Smart TV apps, it could be b/c your router is too far away from the TV. This solved that problem immediately. Watching Amazon Prime no problem now.

Best purchase due to Internet in house not picking up upstairs for him to play his ps4

I ended up returning this item after about a week. I used it in my room, one floor above the router directly. Simple and quick to set up. I saw an improvement in range of WiFi. I bought this to try to strengthen my PS4 connection, and I connected the extender to the console with an Ethernet cord. Bottom line is it didn’t improve anything with the PlayStation. Extended the WiFi to other rooms nicely, but didn’t do what I got it for.

My router never performed up to the expected distance I was promised. Before using the NETGEAR-AC750, I barely got wifi over 50'. Now I'm able to walk around my property using cell phone, tablet, and keeping my security cameras working. I had to make a few minor adjustments to the location and aiming the antennae. but that didn't take long. Although not advised, I installed the extender outside in a dry location and put plastic over it just in case. Some extenders cost more and some cost less. But this one is fine for my application.

Purchased this item because my router does not produce strong enough signals to enable to watch dvd movies on Netflix, Amazon Prime, etc. Positioned this item down the hallway from the router, and now receive high signals on the tv downstairs. Great product. Highly recommend.

I had a WiFi dead spot on my back porch. Within minutes of opening the box I had it connected and extended the WiFi range well into the back yard.

I bought one for my home. I was so pleased that I bought a second one for my vacation home to make sure I could "surf" by the pool.

It does a pretty good job overall. We have large home some still have some issues. But would still recommend it. Netgear makes good products.

The plug and play feature is excellent for those that don't know much about computers and other hardware, but the effectiveness of the product is a bit lacking. I won't return it but I might have bought something else had I known better.

Works well - easy to set up. Am noticing my wifi being spotty in the other direction of my house, so may have to troubleshoot later on.
