This extender will keep you disconnected in the areas surrounding it more than your slow connection before you bought it. Only good thing was the set up was extremely easy and only took 5 minutes. It uses a mesh network so the wifi name you stay connected to is exactly as your original. No switching back and forth from different networks which is a plus, but you will steady lose connection off and on in the area that this extender affects. Best advice is to move your router multiple central locations in your house. This is the 3rd extender I have tried :(

I thought I bought the wrong extender when I first got it, I was sure I clicked on the AC1200 but thought I would give the 750 a try. I have 100mbps service but needed a stronger signal in my garage, this 750 took me from 1 mbps to 60 mbps in my garage. I am more than pleased with my purchase.

Wanted to extend my home wifi signal to my mother-in-law's house 250' away so I could add cameras to allow my wife to check on her elderly mom easily. My router signal reached her house so I installed this unit there. It did pick up my signal, but the extended wifi bands were not sufficiently strong enough to reliably serve the two Omna cameras. Returned this unit and purchased a more powerful Netgear extender which works perfectly. Nothing wrong with this unit. It would probably be perfect for extending your signal to a dead corner in your home. It just wasn't sufficient to cover her 1200 SF house.

Needed to boost the signal from router in basement to tv in main floor living room on the opposite side of the house. The Best Buy consultant suggested this WI-FI Range Extender was very easy to set up and works great. TV Shows are now uninterrupted.

Woks really well, extended wifi to basement. Strong signal.

I bought this for my parents because they had poor WiFi signal in parts of there home and it works great. I love Netgear products

I needed this range extender for my self installed security. My wifi was just not quite strong enough to reach my front door downstairs. The Netgear range extender was easy to set up, and boosted my signal throughout the house, especially downstairs!

Needed to expand our wifi range upstairs and this did the trick! So easy to set up and works better than I thought it would.

It works great, but sometimes will bow out of service for a few minutes. Could have more to do with my internet provider than with the booster itself.

So far this has provided better coverage. Continuing to see how much closer to my computer I am able to keep the coverage.

We could tell right away that this product was a good buy. The range of the WiFi increase and we are well satisfied with it's performance.

My home is 4000 sq ft my router is on one end of the house with this booster I get signal on all four corners of my house

I have this hooked up to my Ethernet in my bedroom to gain more wireless coverage on that side of the house. Works awesome.

No more sluggish or interruptions with my SmartTV wifi connection after I hooked this extender gadget up! Easy installation as well.

Could not use netgear wireless in a key room. added the netgear range extender and now have wireless coverage in the room.

I plugged this in to my room where I used to have little to no connection and now I have full bars which makes me happy :)

Easy to use and setup, but the app was a bit problematic with connecting. Recommend using the computer to setup.
