Customer Ratings & Reviews

Works well and easy to set up. Does not give me as much range as I would like. I have to move it when I am working upstairs or at the kitchen table. Good value for the price.

Utilizing this unit has made the Internet accessible throughout my house where it was very spotty before. Easy to set up and use, has been compatible with all of my products.

Fairly easy to st up. Instructions did not include any telephone number to contact Netgear. I still have questions I'd like to have answered about this device.

This extender will keep you disconnected in the areas surrounding it more than your slow connection before you bought it. Only good thing was the set up was extremely easy and only took 5 minutes. It uses a mesh network so the wifi name you stay connected to is exactly as your original. No switching back and forth from different networks which is a plus, but you will steady lose connection off and on in the area that this extender affects. Best advice is to move your router multiple central locations in your house. This is the 3rd extender I have tried :(

I was a bit reluctant to purchase this, but glad that I did. It really works to boost the network into my bedroom.

Not as good as the cheaper Netgear range extender I previously owned and doesn't extend throughout the entire second floor of my home, but does extend to the two rooms I needed it for (which is the reason I bought it).

I plugged it in to the outlet and the lan cable to my laptop and logged in and set up easily. i put it in the center of my house and it easily covers my whole first floor. It wont make it to the lower level but i'm not down there that much. all in all a good purchase.

Works as advertised. Had to have Charter reinitialize my internet signal first to get it to work.

The NetGear Wi-Fi Extended has improved the range and receptivity of WiFi within my house of 2500 sq. ft. Overall, very pleased with the outcome.

Easy to install and configure. For the most part it extended our network. We live in a bi-level. Might consider a mesh network solution in the future

This works great. Our brick house blocked a lot of our wifi signal but now it reaches amazingly!

Easy to use and setup, but the app was a bit problematic with connecting. Recommend using the computer to setup.

Needed to get wi-fi from one end of the condo to the other so purchased this when on sale. Fairly easy to set up and works just as expected.

This was a gift for Christmas. Works well so far. My phone was having problems connecting today and I simply unplugged it and that seemed to fix the problem.

was unable to get a wifi signal on the outside of my garage. pluged this in in the garage and now my signal is strong enough to go through the cement wall.

Configuring the product is simple. The range and throughput are great. It does lose connectivity from time to time requiring a restart to get it to reconnect.

We were having trouble with the wifi reaching throughout the house and onto our patio. This allowed us to go anywhere and even just outside. Works great!

It’s so easy to install & set up. Once that is done, then it stays connected to the internet. No more lost connection.

This net gear really makes our signal a lot stronger at a distance that I didn’t think we could get a signal. Very pleased with it.

Am I the only one who actually likes being outside nowadays? Well, probably not during the dog days of summer. I do enjoy fall and winter, being in nature, streaming music and sometimes instructional YouTube videos. I get to do this thanks to the WiFi extender ;)
