But once I finished the instructions, the WiFi was so much better than before and even powerful enough to work in the backyard!

My printer is in the basement. I needed a bridge to get the printer on wifi. Set this up on the first floor. Took five minutes, works flawlessly.

Hard to install, inconsistent connection

Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.The setup was difficult as the directions were inadequate and I had to have Netgear tech support redo the installation with me, which was totally different than what was laid out on paper. The signal extension has given me inconsistent connection, even though the Netgear app mostly shows that I should have a strong signal. However, I'm still using it, but the jury is still out.
