I had bought the Linksys, tried and tried to get it to work, but it never did. Took it back and got this Netgear, and after a few minutes and one glitch, it worked, and not I have service out in my porch!

I got this product for my garage conversion it’s hard to get WiFi in there so I bought this and it works perfect.

We recently cut the cable. Our Wi-Fi just wasn't working well for streaming video in the far corners of our house. The NETGEAR range extender solved our problem. We have been able to watch TV anywhere in the house with no buffering problems.

We live in a older house and needed a range extender so we could get wifi everywhere. This little box does the job and makes sure my son always has connection in the living room even though the router is on the other end of the house! Definitely recommend!!

This extender creates two new wifi signals that you can access if your original signal is weak. It has proven very useful in my house.

It works well and was easy to set up. Has a decent distance but not the best. U get what u pay for.

We purchase these WiFi extensions for our church for live streaming during the covid 19 Pandemic shelter in place process. We have a made two more purchases of this unit as well. We have a total of four units.

I am not that savvy on routers; but I was able to get this one set up. The instructions were WAY more complicated than I had imagined - but I was able to figure it out and get it connected with my current wi-fi, and the extended signal connected to my computers and printer. The instruction book is a bit intimidating, considering this unit just plugs into a wall socket. Seems to work fine, extending the range of my existing router.

It's good of you're in a pinch. Unlike cheaper extenders, this one with dual radios means your bandwidth won't be cut in half when extending your wifi as one radio is used to connect to the base station and the other to your clients. A better option is to run a cable and connect it via Ethernet so both radios can be used for clients. But if you're going to run a cable, just get a proper WAP and be done with it.

I could not believe the range on this product.I have two different WiFi's here,it grabbed hold of the strongest one and magnified all through my house.Excellent range and strength!

After going round the track with Comcast techies about the mediocre Wi-Fi range in my house, I bought this Wi-Fi extender and installed it midway between the router and the outer boundary of the house. Now we get good connections on our wireless devices.

This product was exactly what I was looking for. It reached very far. I placed it between the modem and the area I needed wifi to be reached at and it worked. It buffered a couple of times but I believe it was just the internet service.

I had initial reservations when I purchased it, because I expected the usual weird difficulties when attaching an additional extender to an existing WiFi network. But, it was surprisingly easy and pretty straightforward. As my home is very long (over 100'), I needed dual-band to cover weak areas. It fit the bill in allowing for strong, fast and reliable connections over entire wing of the home and the large backyard area, as well as the street. I needed to set it up a second time for a new router and found the web-based software superior to the disk. I recommend web based setup every time. It is fast, easy, intuitive and informative to use.

Good enough to get the job done. Needed an extender to sync with my pool equipment and it worked fine with easy setup

This extender was to find and relay a NEST outdoor camera. It was easy to set up and worked as advertised. The extender is just inside the home with the camera on a garage oeak approx. 40 feet away. The rep at Best Buy was useful in the choice of this extender.
