This was the perfect solution despite having spent 2 hours on the phone with NETGEAR customer support.

Works better than expected!

Super easy set up

Cheaper than Xfinity extenders

Gets the job done

As for the device, it works well, not amazing 'stretching' of the wifi signal as other range extenders, but does get the job done for streaming casual TV in other rooms and using my cell phone on the wifi in those areas without wifi coverage normally.

Netgear booster

Very little difference

It wasn't hard to set up but, it does create a "new" access point and not just extend your current wifi. That wasn't a big deal (just a name difference) but, only increased the speed from 13mps to 16mps at the other end of the house. Returned item to BB. 3mps increase not worth $85.
