Bought this for my bedroom that has weak reception. The sales person at Best Buy gave me the instructions on setting it up and it was easy to do. I believe instructions are also included in the box.

Have bedroom that had limited WiFi signal, the signal is much stronger now.

Great unit that fixed a dead spot in the basement. Set-up was fast and fairly easy.

OK, the good news. After getting it set up it works GREAT. I mean really great. Coverage is extended even further than advertised. Very pleased at this point. Now the bad news. It was really hard to set up. Spent 2 hrs on the phone with NetGear tech support and even they had a hard time setting up. They were, however, very nice and professional. Could not have done it without their help.

Decent coverage and extension. No extra speed so router determines speed to house regardless.

This product has been working just the way we hoped.

NETGEAR - AC750 Wi-Fi Range Extender Wall Plug Nice

To start off, I have 200 Mbps connection with XFINITY. The only reason I needed this Wi-Fi extender was to make sure that my baby monitor (VTech) has good signal. Fortunately, it does increase the range and instead of getting sporadic weak signal readings from my baby monitor, I would get normal or good signal. But the big issue is that Wi-Fi performance is not the "good enough." The baby monitor will not even connect properly to the extender on fast lane technology. I was also hoping this would work well with my Wi-Fi connected garage door but it seems like my router operates better alone with weak signal than with this device at good/great signal. One relative example that may apply to a lot of people is that when you are near this Wi-Fi extender, it will use its good reception but at the cost of sluggish speeds. Even weak or good signal directly to a router will still give you better speeds.

Helpful wifi extender but not compatible with all the Frontier routers

Works as intended. Has both a 2.5 GHz and 5 GHz WiFi bands. Decent range extension, but I mostly used this to create an Ethernet port for my pc. The only flaw I’ve found is attempting to connect this to new networks. They have a mobile app as well as a website, but both ad confusing to navigate.

This does exactly what it promises and is easy to set up. Highly recommended for anybody who has a computer that doesn't talk as clearly as he'd like to his router.

It use took take several hours to download or update something because the internet router is in my uncles attic and I'm in the basement. Now I can get the Internet down here and the speed is blazing fast.

Easy to follow instructions. Took about 15 minutes from start to finish. I now have an excellent signal in the basement for my streaming stations.

Great extender - works exactly as advertised and simple to setup! Hides nicely out of the way and improves network performance!

It does what it advertises stays connected most of the time. Very easy to setup and use.

I was able to bring internet from the house to the shop

This range extender did its job and greatly increased the WI-FI signal from one side of the house to the opposite side of the house. It was easy to install (plug into a wall outlet) and worked beautifully.

Had a couple times I’ve had to reboot it over the couple months I’ve owned it but overall does a great job extending the signal so I can work from home in the back room.
