product works as advertised
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Product extended my range to the basement of our split level. ( more than floorboards between router and computer)....seems a bit slower than my main router, and sometimes "hooks" my laptop to the _2GEXT extension as opposed to the main router when I move back upstairs. Not a big problem. I just re-connect to the main router which has the same root name.

Out of Towners
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I got the idea to get this extender for my parents for their home. They live outside of the city limit so their internet service tends to lack. Once I added this to their home they were able to receive wi-fi outside of their home.
