Small package, fewer disconnects in the upstairs bedrooms

We bought this to extend WiFi downstairs to help with streaming and improve quality on Ring Doorbell.

I had high hopes for at least mediocre performance! But it doesnt seem to perform even that well. I can turn it off and the performance is the same!! On the pro side it did set up and program easily and exactly like the manual says!

Works great with Xfinity system. Used to improve reception for Ring doorbell video system. Easy to link with existing wifi network.

Netgear is a good product that's pretty easy to sync and get running. Works as indicated.

This extender was very easy to set up...took less than 5 minutes. And, it expanded my wi-fi for my second floor. Would highly recommend it.

If you need to extend your WiFi for a short distance, this should work.

I wanted something to boost the internet signal for the playroom on the bottom floor, when the wireless router is 2 floors above. This does the trick.

This Wifi extender works great, it really improves the wifi in the whole house!

I thought this would be a quick and easy set up. The instructions were difficult to read and the link given for setup was incorrect. After watching some YouTube videos, I was able to set up easily. The connection is not as strong as I thought it was. There are still some dead wifi spots in my home.

This will not work to extend a signal from another extender. If all you want to do is extend your primary router, you will be fine, and it works fine for that purpose. However, if you are trying to connect to another extender to extend even further, it will not perform that task, at all.

Easy to use, easy to setup but will not perform as advertised. I set this extender up in my basement, about 25 feet from my main modem which was on the main floor. Extender runs at about 25% of my modem speed. I took several speed tests from the modem and extender. The internet runs at around 177 Mbps and the extender runs at 17 Mbps, hmm, that's 10% Yes, I did all of the updates and resets, all other devices were turned off for the tests. I've tested several times over the last two years. My recommendation? Do more research and spend a little more than I did. Cheers!
