Didnt work for us

Setup was relatively simple, although i wouldnt trust my mom to do it. Two major issues. 1: the Netgear app didnt work. I installed the app and completed setup, but once I closed the app, it didnt work again. I unstalled and re-installed numerous times. I even spoke with Netgear customer service. I eventually gave up. From what i can tell, you need a working app. 2: The device just failed to boost my wifi signal. Dont know why.
