This was the first time I had ever purchased a wifi booster. The wifi signal wasn't strong enough to reach the back rooms because of the way my house was set up, so after looking up some reviews on this product, I decided to give it a try. I was able to set it up in less than 5 minutes, and it easily boosts the signal to rooms that did not have a signal before. Would definitely recommend to anyone that needs a little extra boost for their laptops and/or tablets.

Good device little hard to upgrade but most part instruction easy to foolowing.

This item boosted my Wi-Fi signal and now I have no problem attending Zoom meetings.

I have ATT Uverse VRG589 router WEP security. Brought home this Netgear extender, plugged it in, downloaded Nighthawk app from Google play store, setup Netgear account, followed prompts, including firmware upgrade and voila! Unplugged device and moved it to middle of house. Now we have full wifi bars throughout the house! The Nighthawk app is pretty slow, so just be patient.

Can create a really good signal with a weak incoming one. Wish devices would switch back and forth to the stronger network though

I love it. I was not able to use my Amazon Echo in my bedroom. This has totally solved the problem.

While we haven't noticed faster speeds, it does accomplish what we wanted; reliable signal. With our U-verse router being upstairs, we often had spotty wi-fi downstairs. That's particularly frustrating when the TV keeps freezing while watching it. This solved the problem for us.

Installation is easy and quick if you follow the instructions. Network connectivity is great

Really easy to set up and wireless. The issue lies in the fact that it does not have the range I was looking for. I have a 1300 square foot first floor. The router is all the way on one side and that signal is weak, but reaches the other side of the floor. It does not reach the other side of the floor upstairs. I thought putting this device on the first floor opposite of the router would give the whole house Wi-Fi, but that doesn't happen. The upstairs extender signal is weak and the extender signal does not reach the router well either. So now, depending on where you are in the house, depends on which signal you have to connect to. If it had a little more power, it would be able to reach the whole house, which is more of what I was looking for.

I bought this to use on the road, as hotel wifi can be dicey. It works, but getting connected somewhere other than home is not easy. The easiest way to connect is via your own router, and that's not possible away from home. Then it's a hit or miss process and can be frustrating.

Good extender and good price. If it looses signal just turn it off and on to restart it.

I put in my office to extend to my outside gym 30 feet away and does a great job
