Once setup initially, it was a very strong product, able to keep my wifi devices connected over a greater range than my Cox UBEE Router. However, about 2 weeks into using it, I lost the 5G signal, and the 2.4G signal would toggle between off and on, never allowing a device to stay connected to it, and not allowing the setup screen to be accessed. I would have to remove it from power for about 10 minutes, then plug it back in and it would be fine again. I attempted to upgrade the firmware via cable, which was initially successful, but it would still fail again after a few days. I have already tossed the box and recepit or I would be returning it and looking at something other than Netgears products.

Had mine in the garage and definitely helped to extend the wifi to my smart lightbulbs outside. Setup can be tricky though.

Now I can stream 200 ft with 3 corners from a router through 4 walls. Amazing.

This unit helps me get excellent Wi-Fi coverage in our basement.

I needed something to connect my laptop to a better wifi connection for streaming live video sessions for an online masters degree. This worked well, the only downside is that it covered two outlets.

no more Wi-Fi dropping off. set up was very easy. I really did not want to subscribe to cable whole house system.

This extender is pretty simple to install and configure, but not as powerful in extending the range and signal strength as expected. Served its' purpose well enough to keep for the price and ease of use.

We finally have the great reception that we needed in our bedrooms. Very easy to install and solved our problems.

Needed a wifi extender for our ring floodlight cam as kept getting poor signal. Set this up in the garage and all is well. Was going to purchase the chime pro but thought a general wifi extender would work just as well, and it does.

Great for boosting my WiFi signal. My signal was very weak before installing this booster.

Low cost my first priority. As a temporary fix for poor signal in my home, this unit does the job without any noticeable loss in laptop speed. Does lose signal on occasion ( annoying), but once reset usually performs well.

Easy to setup. Does not stop signals and customer service is good as well.

This has been a great product for the reaso I bought it. I needed to extend my WiFi To reach the garage nest camera and has worked great. Don’t down fall was when I plugged a LAN connection in I had to Reconfigure it.
