    I bought this to help boost my wifi signal to the basement where the tv is and we watch Netflix and such. The router/modem is two floors up and didnt do the best job getting the signal that far. Seemed like a cheap option and it turned out well.

    With the addition of new wireless devices in our home, including a security camera, our router needed a boost not a new, more expensive router. This extender was able to support the extra wireless traffic and hasn't failed us yet. No complaints.
